Hello my name is Elaine and I am EDL Business Services (based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire). having worked in an accounting environment for over 15 years I am proficient in Sage as well as manual bookkeeping and CIS. I completed my AAT studies several years ago, recently being elected a fellow member and hold a certificate for public practice (see general information for more details).

I decided to set up EDL Business Services after helping my husband with his business as it was apparent that some sole traders/small businesses, whilst having a flair for their trade, weren't naturals with their paperwork and could better spend their time with clients instead of plodding through their accounts.

My aim is to be able to provide a service to give clients more time to spend on generating trade, completing jobs or just having spare time for themselves.

Having helped friends start up business by generating business plans, cash flow forecasts and taking over the maintaining of books for local clubs I know there are additional areas where people need assistance so EDL Business Services is also here to help you with other aspects of your business; not just keeping your books in order.
